On the other hand, anxiety is an emotional response characterized by intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations that doesn’t go away even in the absence of a stressor. Symptoms are similar to stress and include insomnia, difficulty concentrating, fatigue, muscle tension, and irritability. Anxiety disorders include generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder (social phobia), separation anxiety disorder, and specific phobias.
Mindfuli provides support for clients suffering from stress and anxiety through chat or real-time video. We provide you support Mon-Fri, 8AM-Midnight (PST). Support is also provided through evidence-based interventions and exercises including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Virtual Support Groups. Additionally, treatment can be provided by adding licensed clinical support to the client’s care team. Mindfuli tracks progress towards mental wellness through the use of routine standardized assessments of depression, anxiety, and personal wellbeing.
