Social Isolation or loneliness can be detrimental to an individual’s mental health as it can lead to the development of depression and anxiety. Unfortunately, one of the most common outcomes of social confinement during the Covid-19 pandemic was loneliness. Feeling isolated or alone can amplify the effects of health conditions leading to more rapid cognitive and physical deterioration. On the other hand, social support is a proven way to alleviate both psychological and physical pain and burdens.

Mindfuli provides both social and emotional support for clients. Interact with your therapist or counselor through chat or real-time video. We provide you support Mon-Fri, 8AM-Midnight (PST) and through weekly scheduled sessions with designated Care Counselors. In addition, virtual support groups provide a broader network of social support to navigate through life’s challenges. Mindfuli clients can also add licensed clinical support to their care team to provide a personalized treatment plan to improve the negative impact of social isolation on mental health. Mindfuli tracks client progress towards mental wellness through the use of routine standardized assessments of depression, anxiety, and personal wellbeing.
