Recovery Support

Mindfuli recovery support is intended for those individuals who are recovering from an addiction to alcohol or drugs.

According to a 2014 study in the Journal of the American Medical Association, between 40 and 60% of people treated for addiction to alcohol or drugs relapse within their first year of recovery.

Mindfuli uses a combination of evidence-based interventions and support to help people in recovery stay sober. This includes Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Peer Support Groups, and Care Counselors who provide encouragement and structure to keep clients on a well-balanced path of sobriety and wellbeing and to sustain long term recovery. Recovery support is provided through Mindfuli. Interact with your therapist or counselor through chat or real-time video. We provide you support Mon-Fri, 8AM-Midnight (PST) and through weekly scheduled sessions with designated Care Counselors. For those clients struggling with additional mental health concerns or in need of additional support, licensed clinical support can be added to their care team. Mindfuli tracks progress towards mental wellness through the use of routine standardized assessments of depression, anxiety, and personal wellbeing.
