Under the supervision of our Clinical Director, a licensed psychologist and Psy.D., we have both licensed and associate-level Therapists. A Care Counselor is a paraprofessional specifically trained to provide crisis intervention, social and emotional support, accountability, and guidance throughout your mental health journey. Care Counselors are not therapists, and thus do not provide psychotherapy. However, many psychotherapeutic interventions can be provided through exercises and tools assigned within Mindfuli and your Care Counselor will help support and guide you through these assignments on your journey to mental wellness.
All of our Mindfuli Care Counselors are highly trained to help you work through a myriad of mental health issues. In addition, we screen our counselors for personal attributes necessary to develop strong working alliances to get you better outcomes. These non-licensed, certified counselors have real-life experiences that help them better understand what you are dealing with and help get you to mental wellbeing as soon as possible.

Our platform is fully HIPAA-compliant and is secured through AES 256-bit encryption which is the industry-standard for data security.
